Alfaneyah Round Duct Single Wall
Spiral pipe combines the economies of light gauge metal with a spiral lock seam construction that assures maximum strength and rigidity. Because of its superior structural strength, the ductwork requires fewer joints and hangers. Four ply’s of metal form a continuous interlocked reinforcing rib on the outside, which permits making long lengths of pipe in various diameters, and has a resistance to crushing approximately 2-1/2 times that of longitudinal lock seam or welded pipe. Optional corrugations are available which increase the rigidity of the pipe.
Plenums
Plenum boxes are used for supply and exhaust of air through diffusers and grilles. The plenum box ensures a continuous flow to the diffuser, and plenum boxes equipped with dampers create the possibility of adjusting the diffuser on an individual level. Further more, the plenum box is usually supplied with acoustic insulation. This contributes to the sound attenuation inside the box. This way the noise from the air flow inside the air duct system and the sound from room to room is reduced .
Alfaneyah Rectangular Duct
Alfaneyah’s rectangular duct and fittings are factory fabricated to furnish you with a high-quality line of products in a broad range of standard sizes. To minimize eld-assembly costs , rectangular duct is supplied in lengths up to 1.2 m (1.5 m an optional). Longitudinal seams are typically made with Pittsburgh locks. In addition to economical TDCTM transverse duct connectors, S & drive slip joint, four-bolt connectors, and applied duct connectors are available. Rectangular ductwork can be shipped completely assembled or knocked down. Alfaneyah’s standard rectangular products are fabricated to meet SMACNA’s 2005 duct construction standards. Plus, we can custom fabricate rectangular duct for commercial and Industrial applications according to your specications
